ACE is top notch! Their doctors and staff are very friendly and professional. The wait isn't bad for a doctor's office and their facility is very clean and modern. Highly recommended.
Got referred here ...once I went to appointment to see a specialist I needed to make another appointment for a second specialist. Didn't like this idea they should of known from the beginning what I was going for. Plus they even did an eye exam and tried giving me a prescription when I'm not there for that. So 2 wks later I went the second time...2hr wait time!!! And another eye exam!! Wth!! Didn't like the process at all!! Gave it a 2 instead of 1 star because I did end up seeing the knowledge the second specialist had.
Very bad customer service. We have an appointment at 8am. We arrived and front desk told us they can't find is in the schedule, she admits that she did talk to me a week before to set up the appointment. So they ask me to wait until the doctor seen all his appointment then it my turn. It been 2 hours and we are still waiting. I don't know why i have to wait this long when it is theirs mistake to mess up the appointment scheduled.
