Horrible company due to the nurses negligence my daughter suffocated. She was going to try and wait until the other nurse arrived to switch out shifts to cover it up. My daughter was 5 and very healthy at the time, this could have been avoided had the nurse not been so busy on her cellphone and was actually paying attention. Also BEWARE Advanced Care Partners is also Advanced Care Pediatrics! I'll be leaving a review there as well! I don't want any other family to suffer like mine has due to their irresponsible staff!

So what is the point of a nursing company? This one does not hold its nurses accountable and does not help in any way for scheduling them for us. The nurses call out within minutes of their scheduled times when we confirmed and re confirmed with them the same day and the agency doesn't even replace them, nor sanction them or apologize to us. This is the worst company we've been with. So unprofessional and just a waste of energy. They put our child in danger and just easily get away with it. This is a shame of a company...

I have seen how this company does not provide care from August until now. My nephews care manager has lied saying no one available for care and we knew for a fact there was because the nurse we asked for was at the house caring for him on the day we called. Do not use this company!!!

Horrible company the supervisor, staff, nurses terrible terrible nurses I don’t know how they got their nurse license I knew more than them and I do not get paid , nurses neglected my baby and this company never find us good professional nurse on time for my baby we wait weekssss and then the nurse they sent slept all night terrible nurse went to sleep knowing my baby can choke , horrible do not hire this people
