I enrolled in their package in October 2024, which included four body scans and two brain MRIs for $10,700. At the time of enrollment, I was clearly told that the $199 radiology fees would be waived as long as I left a review. When I came in today for my body scans, I was suddenly informed that there is now a “new policy” requiring patients to pay the radiology fees regardless. Just had my 4th scan in Jan 2026 that I’ve had done at Advanced Body Scan of Texas. They are very polite & efficient. I was taken in for the scan within minutes of finishing the paperwork. Looking forward to receiving my results.
These people care about their patients and go the extra mile to help. Amber in finance is extra thorough, so pleasant, as well as willing to help patiently. Will took all the time needed to answer questions. The tech at the machine and desk people were all so pleasant. As for customer service this place is amazing.
My late husband and I bought a package back I 2019 right after the facility opened. They detected a serious health issue. They report suggested my husband seek medical attention asap. Their findings were correct. My husband had pulmonary fibrosis and needed a double lung transplant. Thank you for your findings and valuable suggestions. We wouldn't have known. A once of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
This place is terrible. They will put you in a room for 3hrs trying to hard close you on spending $15,000, and then try to guilt trip you by telling you your health is more important than anything and don’t leave your loved ones behind. The financial assistant or whatever the title is will also be extremely condescending and help with the sales close. Don’t let them sweat you.
