When my son started their 6 months ago he could barely say 10 words. Now he talking up a storm. My son has come along way
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Advanced ABA. I reached out in July and sent all the required documents as requested. Instead of letting me know that they had no staff (RBT or BCBA) available for in-home therapy, they let months go by and my child did not receive any service. Unanswered phone calls and emails. Samantha , the NJ/Cleveland coordinator, was the only person who was engaged. The company has offices in different states, and communication and coordination of services was woefully poor. This company is run with little to no integrity and would not be somewhere I would trust with my pet goldfish, let alone any child.
