I am extremely disappointed with the services I received at this facility. I had scheduled a fingerprinting appointment for 10:30 AM but ended up waiting for 30 minutes with no explanation, while the front desk staff openly and loudly gossiped and discussed their vacation plans. The fingerprinting process itself took less than five minutes, yet the overall experience was highly unprofessional.
