Absolutely terrible. Took my car in at 12 and they said theyd call me when it was done and its past 5 now and their closed and I need my car. Terrible service
Communication is horrid. Gave back my vehicle with one thing fixed, and something else broken and I have NO information on what they did to it, or what was found other than the reciept that showed that they replaced the ignition switch and a headlamp. Vehicle went in because I was having issues with the wipers and ignition. Did ask them to check where a spring that was found under the truck when it was towed to the shop came from, and to replace a turn signal bulb as well. Took my VW there and they did not fix the issue after I had Allready paid them.I called them about it and the guy that always answers the phone has a good way of not admitting guilt. He passed me over the mechanic that worked on it and he brushed it off and said that he will not work on it again and hung up on me . paid them for nothing. I called the actual owner of advanced automotive in Kennewick and he said that he sold the business to them a couple years back. They just kept the name.
Took my Jeep there earlier this week and they got me in fast and for a fair price. Their customer service is excellent and they do quality work. This will be where I will be going for all of my future repair needs.
