Advanced Automotive Repair is a hidden gem of amazing mechanics!!! I needed a full tune up and a list of other things including AC,and not only were these guys the best price, they communicated through each phrase (my vehicle needs extra stuff removed to get access to some things). My daughter had the engine light come on and her vw went into “limp mode” halfway through a 7.5 hour drive. The guys at Advanced got her back on the road quickly and effectively while treating her with kindness and generosity of spirit which is all to rare in the world today. Two thumbs up!
Shop on 28th and Sylvester St. in Pasco Wa. Took my Truck in because I was going on a trip and it was dieing when I came to a stop. They looked it over and came to conclusion to changing my valve cover gasket, which found out later, had nothing to do with the problem. After my repair, when picking me up, it died 2 more times. (Said it was a 6 hour fix, they had my truck for 6 days, charged me $900.00.) I asked multiple times if I was safe going on a long trip by myself!! They said YES!! Absolutely terrible. Took my car in at 12 and they said theyd call me when it was done and its past 5 now and their closed and I need my car. Terrible service
Communication is horrid. Gave back my vehicle with one thing fixed, and something else broken and I have NO information on what they did to it, or what was found other than the reciept that showed that they replaced the ignition switch and a headlamp. Vehicle went in because I was having issues with the wipers and ignition. Did ask them to check where a spring that was found under the truck when it was towed to the shop came from, and to replace a turn signal bulb as well.
