I thought Dr Bouboulis was knowledgeable and helpful. His staff kept confusing appointments though. Also, I had a reaction to the antibiotics they prescribed, and the staff was very unhelpful. I couldn't get 2 minutes of the doctor's time to help me figure out what to do next. I don't think it's unreasonable to ask for 2 minutes when you're having a terrible reaction to medicine.

Dr b is smart and knows his stuff. Dr. b is also nice.Grateful someone can help my daughter. Yes expensive, yes you will have long wait. His staff seem kind of cold and indifferent so I learned not to expect friendliness and when they are nice it's a pleasant surprise. I travel 3+ hours to see him.

His front-desk staff leaves something to be desired in terms of their efficiency, but both ladies were very nice and friendly and accommodating and there's something to be said for that, so I can't give them a 1. We waited quite a while to see Dr. B himself for our first appointment. He apparently had some sort of emergency, so I can't give him a 1 on that either...if I was the emergency, I'd be happy if he dropped everything to attend to me. One of the BEST experiences I have ever had working with someone in the medical field. I find the entire staff to be helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They actually take the time to listen. (Something that I feel is rare in the medical field these days). I recently had a severe allergic reaction, and I was able to get in touch with someone from the office even though they were already closed for the day. I'm very concerned about what has happened to Dr B's practice. He was always kind and generous with his time, but ever since he was on TV helping the girl who couldn't stop sneezing, & having 2 children, he shows up late, & keeps people waiting. I, too, waited 2 hrs to see him, and we were the 1st appt. He takes his time with you though. However, he was wrong with my d's diagnosis. He treated her repeatedly for sinusitis, when all along she had asthma (which was supposed to be his specialty). Her whole immune system was dest... read more

if you want a frustrating experience, use this M.D. His office is disorganized and understaffed. He has no specialist to help him or families that come through. After spending thousands on an IV infusion there was NO follow up. This is a terrible experience.

I have never in my entire life met such a caring, compassionate doctor willing to take calls, see you on a moment's notice and even call on a holiday to see how you are doing. He has helped us through so many illnesses, and I adore him. I wish he was an internist. I go to him for everything and trust him with my child implicitly! The office staff is wonderful and make every effort to accommodate you in seeing Dr B! 100% the BEST!

One of the smartest Drs I know and I don't say that very often any more! Has helped me reduce the number of sinus infections I get to just one or two a year. I used to get seven or eight. He really is a great guy. Great staff also.
