Ridiculous wait time. Tested whole family. Looking for a pandas pans dr but couldn’t shake the feeling he was riding the money gravy train over genuinely believing in the therapy. I was interested in the amoxicillin therapy but my son can’t swallow the yeast that prevents severe infection from long term Antibiotics. Wanted to see if it could be compounded into something sweet. Dr. Denis Bouboulis has helped our family with PANDAS, allergies and tick borne illness. For almost a decade, we have known him and his staff to be caring, knowledgeable and responsive. We are eternally grateful for his medical care and the support of his staff.
Worst doctor I have ever seen. Office staff is beyond incompetent. Sent me a bill over a year after I visited him and then sent me to collections after three weeks when the check was in the mail to him. Booked me at a 8:30 appointment with 5 other patients for the same time.
The office sent me collections on a 15 copay which I did pay from 2014. Had an appointment with Dr. Bouboulis but when I got there had to see another doctor as he was overbooked. No real help and finally went to Yale New Haven where I have been receiving treatment.
Dr. Bouboulis has been extremely helpful to my daughter. None of my daughters many other doctor realized that she has bartonella. He pushed for further testing, and it strongly confirmed this diagnosis. I trust and appreciate him immensely.
Dr. Bouboulis us a WONDERFUL physician that has helped my daughter with pandas & Lyme. However, his office staff and especially office manager Derdra is the most rude unprofessional medical staff member I have ever met. She is us less when coordinate care with other physicians and when you need to contact the office Between appointments. Dr. B is wonderful... She is horrible.
Dr. Bouboulis is an amazing physician which has helped my daughter more than any other MD the past 2 years. His staff and assistant are completely rude, inappropriate and an embarrassment for such a wonderful dr. If it was not for the fact that he has helped my daughter, I would not deal with his office ever nor recommend him. Very disappointing.
After 22 years , countless consultations , born premature at 26 weeks with two septic episodes in NICU , at least 10 positive asymptotic strep cultures when he was 10 years old then in 2011 a deterioration until 2013 that nearly took his life......we walked into Dr Bouboulis's office 2 months ago and within 30 secs Dr Bouboulis Dx LYME's disease ordered tests that confirmed LYME along with 3 additional infections . Sadly Dr. Bouboulis administrative staff is so horrible I will no longer be able to use him as a physician. His staff cannot make appointments, fill prescription refill requests, or even simply be polite. At a time when many people are looking for jobs it is sad to see a good doctor loosing patients and faith with the community over poor staffing choices.
