Very attentive doctors who show that they care. I’ve had an amazing experience with the staff as well.
What a chaotic office. Our visit was a waste of time and money. We went somewhere else for allergy testing.
I stick with this clinic because I’m already two years in to allergy treatments, but there is a noted lack of follow through on medication refills, call-backs regarding questions, or even answering phone calls. I have been double billed numerous times and when my insurance company inquired they weren’t able to get resolution and I was told that I needed to contact the billing office to ask for reimbursement. This clinic is very understaffed and the turnover is crazy!! I often wait 30-40 minutes just for a shot that used to take 2-3 minutes (I’ve been going here for four years for allergy shots).
I have had a wonderful experience with the staff and doctors
