This review is for the receptionist only. Whoever is in charge of scheduling patients. I have had issues with my cell phone with outgoing and incoming calls. I got referred this morning, (she reached out to me) She hung up on me, I called back several times and she kept picking up the phone and setting it back down, so I could hear she was hanging up on me over and over again. Getting someone to answer the phone is a joke. Leaving messages is another joke. I've been waiting for more than 3 weeks for them to send my medical records to my insurance for a pre-authorization. It's been 2 months since I've had my first allergy shot. A person could die by the time anyone in their office acknowledges a patient.

If I could give this place a zero star review, I would. I came in January for my first appointment (made it a few weeks advanced). Never received and calls , texts or emails confirming my appointment. I went in and the lady up front told me that she had “called” me and the day before and said that I had cancelled the appointment. I had proof that she never called me or gave me anything to even cancel. Then she proceeded to tell me it was my fault that the appointment was cancelled when clearly it was not.
