Getting someone to answer the phone is a joke. Leaving messages is another joke. I've been waiting for more than 3 weeks for them to send my medical records to my insurance for a pre-authorization. It's been 2 months since I've had my first allergy shot. A person could die by the time anyone in their office acknowledges a patient.

If I could give this place a zero star review, I would. I came in January for my first appointment (made it a few weeks advanced). Never received and calls , texts or emails confirming my appointment. I went in and the lady up front told me that she had “called” me and the day before and said that I had cancelled the appointment. I had proof that she never called me or gave me anything to even cancel. Then she proceeded to tell me it was my fault that the appointment was cancelled when clearly it was not. I've been coming here for years, the doctors are amazing and the staff is generally great HOWEVER time management does not exist. Every single time I have a scheduled appointment, I am not even taken to a room until 30 minutes after my appointment time, literally every time and that doesn't include how long it takes to see the doctor. They expect you to be on time to the clinic but could care less to respect your time as well. This is 5 years of this being a consistent problem with scheduled appointments.
