I went in for a follow up appointment and their systems were down. They couldn’t see my chart or results. They have been trying to bill me for this appointment when nothing was accomplished. I’ve tried calling several times over the last two months and every time they say someone will call me back and no one ever has. Their suggestion was to just take several different prescriptions and when I asked if we could test to see what the root cause was, they said they wouldn’t be willing to do that.

This review is for the receptionist only. Whoever is in charge of scheduling patients. I have had issues with my cell phone with outgoing and incoming calls. I got referred this morning, (she reached out to me) She hung up on me, I called back several times and she kept picking up the phone and setting it back down, so I could hear she was hanging up on me over and over again. Getting someone to answer the phone is a joke. Leaving messages is another joke. I've been waiting for more than 3 weeks for them to send my medical records to my insurance for a pre-authorization. It's been 2 months since I've had my first allergy shot. A person could die by the time anyone in their office acknowledges a patient.
