Awful experience. I think the gentleman's name is Rick or Rich. He was extremely unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. Seemed like he was under the influence of something.
Work with this company once I don’t remember the guys name I didn’t catch it. It was an older gentleman with long hair and a ponytail goatee and glasses quite terrible evil sickening mean people with absolutely no respect whatsoever. These people are unprofessional and rude. I can’t speak for them all, but this man was nasty.

These guys are THE BEST. It starts with telephone response that Ritz-Carlton would envy. Courteous, great listening, relaying a great concern for our care. They back this up with seasoned techs who are on time and who take the time to understand (and explain to me) our rather complex HVAC/boiler system. And they do their work with an eye on value to us and overall cost. We found these guys maybe 5 years ago and basically feel blessed (yes blessed) by their help.
