Karen Sedler and staff are not only very well trained,but are also very kind and reassuring. Approach with caution. Delightful owner, but so-so employees who dart around your questions. Was promised "more effective" laser treatment via a different operating mode of their laser if I wasn't satisfied after the first treatment, yet they didn't follow through. When questioned, different employees gave different answers and reasonings/excuses.
