Unfriendly. They told us we couldn't park in the normal parking spots, but the "medical" staff parks in the handicaped spots.
It's been 4 days I've been calling literally a week now.Trying to schedule an appointment.I keep getting sent to voicemail.No one is picking up the phone at all.I call multiple times within 24 hours during those couple of days and nothing even those who refer me to them have been having the same issue.I don't know what's going on.But this makes me not wanna show up in person or call them again.So onto the next ...
The doctor is nice an caring and we had a good plan going forward, however, I cannot call to make another appointment. Every time I call to schedule it rings an goes to the answering system. Voicemail after voicemail is never returned. I’m very disappointed with the office staff. It’s very far out of my way to drive over to the office just to make another appointment in person.
One star is overrated The office staff rude and unprofessional to the point that the manager was taking over me raising her voice and making me hang up
