My appointment was in May 2020. Doctor said my new prescription not as strong as glasses from 3 yrs ago. When I get new ones, blurry and not a clear view. No problem Dr says we can fix it. Assistant says NEW prescription is stronger than old glasses....HMMM....not what I was told. New prescription made and ready for pickup. My daughter's eye was scratched by another child at daycare and they were able to get her in same day. Everyone at the office was helpful and kind. My daughter (who is almost 3) was nervous but "Dr. Mike" was patient with her. It has been a few weeks since we were there and today she pretended to be an eye doctor and repeated what she experienced that day. Thanks AVC!
Must have been bad day. Dr came in 45 minutes after scheduled appt. Don't remember any introduction certainly not of female who came with him. No mention of delay despite no other visible pt in office. Diagnosed with dry eye after additional eye drops with no explanation before or after. Was administered more tx drops and told I would need vitamins as well. Must have been last pt of day. Very pleasant office staff had drops and $100 vitamins ready for me. I had an uncomfortably huge painful stye on my lower eyelid in the inner corner. The doctor checked my eye, and made suggestions including an eye wash sold at the office and perscribed antibiotics. Within the next day, I already quickly saw results. Cannot wait until my follow up appointment to show how it's almost gone!
