Very helpful with my solar water heater problem I called to ask some questions about a problem with my solar water heater releif valve, and they helped me find a solution for it. Definitely going to call them when I need any other solar products or service.
Rude and Don't Care Actitud This people starting from the receptionist has no manners, they talk to you like they are making you a favor. I wish Jacuzzi had a different service company that they will use. Jacuzzy it's a great brand but don't buy it from this people you'll regret it
No help after issues with water heater I have used Advance solar to install water heater in my house to save us some cost as advertised by the company. Well the water heater pipes have froze in winter and the unit is demaged but when ask to help or to find out what part was falty to track it down who should be responsible for demage on new solar panel no help was offered only high price estimate to replace it. I have large unit on my roof that does not work and I refuse to give more business to company like Advance Solar
Excellent!!! Professional and knowledgable. I had Advance Solar install a solar hot water system and could not believe how well it worked. They even helped me get a rebate of $1000 from FPL. I will not hesitate to refer Advance Solar to my neighbors, friends and family.
