We had solar pool installed in December and whole house solar installed in February.. The systems were both installed by professional techs and inspected by the city with an inspector who also had solar. The inspector explained what he was looking for and it was the installation process that was described in our contract and carried out by Advance. The entire job had to be re- anchored by another contractor they only screwed the anchors to the plywood not the roof truss i verified this myself stay away from this company we called 2 weeks ago they still never showed up they dont want to service their own bad installs im glad they didn"t come back i never would have known the real problem,now to repair my lanai ceiling water damage.

We discovered our solar panels (installed by a now-defunct company) were leaking, asked local pool guy Stan Morse for a referral, and were referred to Advance Solar. We were told it might take a few days, but Jake and Morino called the next day, came out and checked out the situation, fixed two leaking O-rings, and reduced rpms in the pool pump to save us some money in the future. Very reasonable, given they had to travel to Port Charlotte: $96 service charge and $1.50 each for the O-rings was a lot less than we feared. Very... read more
They do a great job HOWEVER they raised their labor rate to like $150 an hr which is an increase of $50 6 months ago. I don't know any professional who makes that kind of money Also then they charge u another flat fee hourly rate just to drive to your place. I hate to tell u but gas is cheap these days. It takes 15 min to drive to my place and not even a gallon of gas. Rant over
