They don't deserve a single star. Spent 30 grant in a system that supposed to cover the average electric bill of 160 dollars. System is producing 3/4 of what was promised. Now I am paying 50 to a 100 dollars more every month. Waiting for a response from Better Business Bureau because they ignored me.
Had 2 Techs install solar panels for pool heating and they couldn't have been more professional- then another crew came out to install the automatic sensor system. They were great and very thorough and patient with all my questions and concerns. Their names were Denzel and Harley and I would recommend this company in a heartbeat- Great job
Advanced wanted to charge us over $500 for repair. We got a second opinion and for $10 the seal was fixed and working 100%! They never even suggested seal as an option.
Purchased solar system in November 2013, broke August 2016. My warranty was in place on the broken component for more than another year, but it was Not honored. Apparently their supplier of this component went out of business. They not only charged me $300 for this replacement part but another $96 service call on their system. I later found the identical new part on line for $185, after shop manager assured me I was getting a discount. Beware of their warranty promises. The shop manager was rude and a liar.
