I had planned to purchase a Crosswater London toilet from Advance Plumbing after emailing with a salesperson (Josh) and confirming the model was in stock. I even let them know I was coming in to pick it up and when. When I arrived, the parking lot was completely full due to a company BBQ, something no one bothered to mention in advance.
