He worked around our busy work schedule and was able to get everything done in a timely manner and went above and beyond what was expected. We had an emergency situation where a pet bunny hopped into an open vent and disappeared. I called 5 other companies who couldn't do the work to get him out, or couldn't come that day. Fortunately, I found Advance online next with excellent reviews. The receptionist was wonderful and called Shawn who came that day even after a busy schedule. I recommend this family friendly company to anyone. Shawn took his time to explain what was wrong and what needed to be repaired. He even let my small children feel like they were helping him in his repairs instead of them being in the way. At the end of the day I didn't feel like I was dealing with just a company but family.

It's a cold day in Ohio but my new furnace is keeping me warmer then ever before. As did my AC that kept me cool all summer long. The energy savings are also starting roll in. Advance Heating and Cooling came in and took care of business for me with a great price and great friendly technicians.
