Advance Heating and Cooling is a WONDERFUL company to do business with ! They jumped through hoops to get our new water heater installed. Debbie is awesome and feels like family for as many times we spoke on the phone ! Charlie did an awesome job of installing the new tank after he took the old one out with absolutely no mess at all. Shawn is fantastic too. He made a special trip to my house so I could sign the paperwork because I couldn't get my tablet to cooperate ! (which was probably user error!) Just got new system heating and cooling. When with the Daikin 12 year warranty parts. Cooling at vent is 49 Deg Heating at vent is 115 Deg Nice clean install by Carlie and Kai. I think this system is going to work out just fine time will tell. Great job guys.👍

We have had great experiences with advance. Had our AC replaced 2 years ago by them. They do great work. Attention to detail is important to me. Just recently took advantage of a furnace tune up through a local home improvement place. The company said there was a hole in our heat exchanger. I called advance and they came out and confirmed there was no hole. Just a light rust spot that came right off. They tested for carbon dioxide and explained everything to me.
I cannot thank Shawn and his team enough! I contacted Advanced Heating on Weds Jan 17th due to no heat after the company my home warranty assigned to the job to failed to contact me in a timely fashion. Shawn contacted me back 10 mins after I sent the request and he stopped by at 9:30 pm. We are fortunate that he did. Not only did he find our flame sensor unplugged but the control board needed replaced and 2 of the 3 burners were filling with gas but not working properly, meaning we are darn lucky there was not an explosion.... read more

Fantastic service! Our water heaters leaked and Shawn came out immediately. They offered us three options and went to work the next day. Finished last night! Honestly did not expect they'd be able to turn it around so fast. Charlie and a very nice young lady were courteous, CLEAN, and professional. Advance will always have our business and we give them our very highest recommendation! If you are in Central Ohio this is the crew to use.
