Never had a negative issue with Mercy, always received good care
It wuz ok took so time to get treatment do to under staffing. But those that were that did a very good job!
If I could give this hospital a negative 5star I would I've been here since 530 and have not been seen I can not stand with out help my pain is a 10+ and finally at almost ten the rude receptionist tells me there is no nurse practitioner on duty tonight so mild pain cases are just being worked in when ever they see fit . then proceeds to tell me very rudely "our clinics are open maybe you should have went there" I am in very bad pain and thought hospitals were suppose to help but u guess this one is only here for the staff t... read more
