Need training Prices are unbelievably high. I wanted to purchase an adaptor ring to mount a macro ring flash on my macro lens and i was told the only thing that goes on the front of a macro lens is a filter or lens cap there is no such thing as flash mount adapter. Then I wanted to get drop in polarizer was told there is no such thing as a filter that screws on to the front of 500 and 600 mm lenses, the employee I spoke with had no idea what a drop in filter is. Employees might need more training
Avoid at all cost AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! One of the worst stores ever! Customer service and prices are horrific! I came in because of the location. When entering the store, i got a fake, cold greeting from a younger gentleman. I told him that i was looking for camera cases and he unpolitely helped me. From his awkward, unhelpful, rude demeanor, i really doubt he has ever heard of the concept of good customer service before. Unprofessional Not a happy camper. I took my camera in to Advance and didn't get it back for 5 weeks. When I dropped the camera off I asked how long it would take and they said "Not by this weekend but probably by early next week." I'm not sure how two weeks turned into 5. What's more confusing is that complete lack of communication they provided me during this time. I shoot events and I missed over a months worth because of this. Terrible Wish I could give zero stars. Take your business elsewhere!!! Very bad experience here. You can go anywhere else, get a better price, and deal with more honest and intelligent people.

Advance Camera Repair is a good resource store for camera's A good professional business owner. They have good quality products with lots of options. They have friendly sales representatives, that helped us out greatly. We love our camera that we got from them.
Advance Camera Repari I had my Cannon ELF repaired here last year. The service was good. The price within reason. The results...a restored camera. The location is easy to miss...on the left of SW Beaverto Hiilsdale Highway just before SW Laurelwood.
Great selection of new & some used equipment Love to browse the new and used camera equipment. The staff is very knowledgable in sales as well as camera repair. Would highly recommend this shop to a friend.
