Best Place My traditional 35mm film SLR advance was stuck, and I couldn't afford much to repair it. One of the techs took the camera back to his desk, and a few minutes later he was back. The camera was working, and the BEST part, he didn't charge me. I will definitely be back, and recommend other folks to this store.

A++ I have never brought my gear to anybody but Dave for nearly 30 years. I never will. The service is great and the people are awesome!
Poor customer service When I walked in the store there were no other customers and it didn't seem to be busy. However I was ignored by the sales guy at the desk. I wandered around for a little while trying to find what I needed, still no help frrom the employee! I finally asked for help and it seemed like the biggest inconvenience ever. Whatever happened to customer service?
