My wife came in here with make, model and year of her car and a picture of the oil and oil filter we typically use. The man behind the counter picked out the wrong oil/filter 3x and treated her like SHE was stupid. He was extremely disrespectful and had no idea what he was doing. I couldn’t believe my wife had to correct the employee 3x and they still didn’t get the oil and filter correct. I typically go to Autozone and interactions like this will keep us doing business with Autozone.
Great service from Kyle. Helped with a battery test which also tested charging and voltage. Showed low voltage. Also read a code for an electronic parking brake failure. Thank you Advance Auto Parts and Kyle!
