i came in today saturday at 2pm on the 6th and saw a lady behind the counter she was so unprofessionall i thought that she was an customer behind the counter the guy had dard har had a very short rude attitude kinda blowing me off i think the district manager needs to sneak in or watch the videos to find out why there not being very professional
I pulled up with a flat tire trying to get fix a flat to hold off until I made it to my destination. Epic fail. I got back in my car cried then called the inside and asked for help. I can’t remember the two gentlemen names. But the one guy with the glasses was so patient and compassionate. I had three of my kids with me so I was really overwhelmed and overstimulated. I made it to my destination because of them. Just wanted to say thank you
Eric was super helpful to me. He helped me find the headlight I needed and then he surprised me by offering to help me change it. I needed that!!! Maybe next time I will try it on my own. But i really appreciate his friendly, professional assistance and encouraging car-positive attitude.
