Nick L gave the worst customer service I have ever experienced. He was on the phone with a customer and he seemed argumentative and had an attitude towards the customer. With me and my friend he was extremely short impolite and childish. This is behavior I’d expect from a middle school child not a grown man.
Had the pleasure of dealing with an associate named Nick, or at least that’s what his name tag said. I came in needing wiper blades and had no clue what I was doing. He took the time to go over all the super blades and which ones were best. Really knowledgeable, I asked if he could put them in since I don’t even know where to begin. He looked around for customers then even explained all the attachments and how they work. He put them on in no time and made sure I felt comfortable knowing how if I ever had too.
