Representative was helpful and patient. I was having to fix something on the fly, in the rain, and at 730am on a Saturday. She dealt with me being curt well.
I needed something at the store on Old Birmingham highway store number 4412, two young gentlemen helped me locate a window handle removal tool and to my surprise the store actually stocked them, one of the gentlemen found it online for me and the gentleman who rung my order his name was Michael located it on the shelf..... Advance should immediately give them a raise and an extra 5 minutes during their break period.....
