Patrick who was helping someone else ran up to me and advised he would be right with me. He came and would not leave intil my issue was resolved as well as guiding me through potential issues to cross them out.
I’ve been all over hell’a half acre this morning looking for a part and Patrick not only found it for me but he fixed my problem in under a minute. These guys are fabulous.
The air filter in my photos was damaged by an employee who packed this "pickup order" for me. It was jammed into the bottom of a big box along with a few other parts I had ordered. I didn't see this until I got home and unloaded the box. I went to this location because it was the only Advance within a 50 mile area that had this part in-stock. Needless to say, I won't be going to this location anymore.
Love shopping here. This particular store has a black man that Is between 40 and 50 years old working there. He's great. Friendly and super helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend shopping here!
