Hello i appreciate your reply. But it doesn't do me any good. I'd be a fool to waste another trip there. third time isn't a charm when it's a 2.5hr round trip. And 2 trips were an absolute Waste. I can't trust an online order that was already picked and marked ready for pickup not to get canceled in transit to the store after i already drove 90% of the way there. I don't leave bad reviews often. The staff was nice but I'm tired of fiascos. Placed an online order the day before a funeral got a notice it has been picked and was ready for pickup in 10 minutes of placing the order. The store is almost a 2.5hr round trip with minor traffic with traffic add an hour more easily. The next day after directly leaving the funeral I headed to get the order on a Friday day evening with a ton of traffic. I got 90% of the way there not a notice your online order for pickup was canceled? Why??? Call... read more
