Brought a battery (almost 300.00)from this location, but the tech that put the battery in didn't know what he was doing. Left everything loose! I left with my check engine light on because the texh said he didn't know why it was on. went to autozone and the manager tighten and connected all everything. surprise the light went off!
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced by far. Manager was downright rude and determined to not help with an issue another store did with no problems whatsoever. Will never be returning to this location.

Would be nice if you had managers that don’t rely on a computer to tell them something - have a bad battery, have had to jump it 5 times in one week. Kiya the manager was rude and said their computer said it’s good so she wouldn’t honor the warranty I paid for. It’s showing good cause I just drove for 2 hours and alternator charged it I said.
