My car overheated this evening and turns out I have a cracked radiator. Fellow employee Tyler helped me out and was awesome. Filled it up with antifreeze and drive it home after it cooled off. Gonna go to pull apart in am to get a new radiator. Thank goodness for angels like him and employees of advance auto.
Customer service was absolutely trash!!!!
Even with the difficulty of finding reliable help these days, this place has made improvements above what previous management had going on there.
