I have consistently had great experiences at the Advanced Auto Parts location on Middlebrook. The customer service has always been excellent, and they have repeatedly gone above and beyond my expectations. Let me take a moment to shout out Emily, last week she installed a new battery for my 2021 chrysler voyager, and let me tell you it is tedious, just a bunch of random things that don’t need to be in the way of the battery that you have to remove, she was very friendly, patient, and confident in her ability to extract the battery from the cramped engine bay, 10/10 will definitely do business again, and thank you Emily!
They had the battery I needed at a reasonable price. Most importantly, the guy behind the counter (Ian) could not have been more helpful, in that he installed the new battery for free on a VERY HOT July afternoon.
