Wifes jeep needed a battery, the employee looked it up and sold her a battery and told her if she got the car started they would put the battery in so after charging overnight we took the vehical to them to install the new one cause I didnt have the deep well 13mm to take the brackets off. They then said they were not allowed to change that one cause its under the seat. I bought some tools and went to change it myself to find out they sold her the wrong battery. Usually can get what you need here. Sometimes the part you need has to be ordered. But friendly & helpful staff. My go-to for auto parts! Superb service!!!
Advance Auto is always fast they have your parts ready when you get there if you phoned in the order I've always found her employees to be friendly knowledgeable and very helpful I had purchased a set of windshield wiper blades and at that time had a broken arm the gentleman came outside took my old blades off put my new blades on and even when I returned a few days later to get something else asked me how my windshield wiper blades were doing I've been to many parts stores but advance Auto is the best.
Staff is nice, don't always have what you need tho..
