Ordered the part online that I needed to get the hvac fixed in my truck. They had it waiting for me when I arrived at the store. Right part, right price and the heater was fixed before the snow arrived today!
Today at 5pm I got rude customer service from a advance auto store employee with out his short uniform on and was vaping near me and the other advance employe was sitting down while I was their and then the employee who was sitting went outside and was holding the door half open and was smoking a cigarette and blowing smoke at my face as I was leaving unprofessional store period
Tammy & Shawn were both so incredible in my time of need. One of my highlights went out, and after doing some research on ChatGBT on what I needed, Tammy expertly guided me on the exact set to purchase (same as ChatGBT recommended) and Shawn lent his expertise on how to install them as I had to travel an hour to get back home. Both are amazing humans! Advanced Autoparts, you are LUCKY to have these kind and generous people working for you! What an amazing experience
