One female employee working. She was trying yo help a customer who didnt speak English. There were 4 customers including myself waiting. She yelled back to someone in the back who didnt bother to come up. Definitely not her fault. 15 min is my ceiling for waiting. I put the tow gallons of coolant back and went to O'Reilly. The coolant there was $10 and it was $18 at Advance. Glad went down the street. In and out and $16 dollars ahead.
Joshua was the most helpful store employee I have had at ANY store! He went above and beyon to make sure my experience was pleasant! I will forever go to this location from now on because they employ hard working, friendly, customer service first employees that truly care about their customers! I can't speak enough on how Joshua's help made my experience stand out! Kudo's to you young man! You are (dissappointingly) a rare occurrence in today's retail space! Thank you again!
I have been in there now 3 times because this location is less than 1/4 mile from my house. The service is not good, ever, I went in, 4-6 employees, everyone scattered. I have walked out empty handed twice out of 3. Had to assist the clerk cut to length what I needed today, which wasn’t a problem, but then, when I finished shopping and stood in line for 5 minutes while she flirted with some dude, then finally looked up and said, I’m sorry sir, I just left.
