Bob at advanced was so helpful. Let me about saving bonus awards I didn't know I was a part of. I missed out on savings because no one ever took the time to tell me I had them until Bob. This store needs more employees like Bob to be helpful. Great customer service experience with him. He gets 5 stars from my experience with him today.
