The female manager on Tuesday morning July14th was rude and blew me off. I had a battery I was hoping to replace under warranty an optima red top. Was told by the parts counter person they needed manager approval. Understandable. I waited 30 minutes for her to come back from a delivery. I come back immediately told I couldn’t do that here and had to go to the original store. This is false.
