The female manager on Tuesday morning July14th was rude and blew me off. I had a battery I was hoping to replace under warranty an optima red top. Was told by the parts counter person they needed manager approval. Understandable. I waited 30 minutes for her to come back from a delivery. I bought a tool to change the gas filter and it was already open and they told me that I opened it and the manager didn't want to change it, not all of them, just the manager, do bad service.
