Raekwon and DeAngelo W were super professional, polite, and knowledgeable in assisting me with my battery, alternator, and starter testing saving me a lot of time and answering all of my questions. Great service
I purchased a Dorman DYI fob remote that had an OBD II device to program a replacement key fob for a 2016 Ford Mustang. The Dorman instruction sheet, along with Dorman tech support, indicated that the replacement backup key that comes with the new fob needs to be laser cut BEFORE the new fob could be programmed. The website that listed the product did not say that it was required, only that the key CAN be cut.
