I’ve always received excellent customer service here but today Juan really helped me out and saved me a ton of money. I’ll absolutely continue to shop here!
Although I've had good experiences at other Advance Auto Parts, at this location it was not that. The gist of it all is that communication is very bad, there seems to be a lack of knowledge with policy and products, they sold me a dead battery, and they don't keep their word. They said they would throw in a gift card as well, but that was a lie. I don't go around begging for free things, but it's the principle of the matter.
