I went into the store today looking for a tail light and I was never so rudely so rude by the emperor in my life he told me I did not matter because I only spent $35 today and $35 is nothing when I asked him for his manager he told me he didn't have a manager I probably would not give my business to that story again and I have spent a lot of money there in the past the story is going to the dogs
spoke with the guy at the register and asked him to help me find a part. He gave me the option to order a specific one online and told me it would arrive the following Monday. I went to pick it up on the scheduled day, but the part was incorrect. They offered me a refund for the part itself but not for the $12 shipping fee, which I don’t think is fair because he’s the parts expert and he was the one who recommended that specific part, which turned out to be wrong.
