I purchased a rear wiper blade from your company and a young gentleman installed it for me. A short time later, my husband noticed the wiper was stuck in the upright position. He avoided using it further so as not to damage the motor. Despite this, we discovered that the incorrect blade had been installed, and it has now scratched my rear glass.
