Carlos was very helpful and knowledgeable. Knows the right specific wiper blades replacement for my mazda3. He also gave me a veterans discount which made me a very happy customer. He also got the wiper blades installed and offered a warranty for it . Carlos knows about customer satisfaction. In a scale of 1 to 5 stars, i give him 10 for outstanding customer service.
