Great place to get what I need and amazing service. Not only was Haley Buckner very pleasant to work with but she already had the parts I called about at the counter waiting on me. She also saw that I left my wallet and managed to track me down to return it WITH EVERYTHING IN IT. She went above and beyond to look out for a customer. This will be my go to place for parts from now on. Thanks Haley you're the best.

We ordered a car battery online. When I arrived at the store, the guy told me that he could not install my battery. He told me that because of the ECM, he was unable to do it for liability reasons. Then, when I told him it had been replaced in the past, he continued to tell me he would check the computer. He came back to say that anything past 2015, they will no longer replace. I went into the Rivers Ave Advanced Auto Parts location near Target to return the incorrect tail light for the correct one. I walked in and was greeted by two employees. After a brief wait I was assisted by Taurean. He was professional and pleasant however his female co worker was not. As I was being assisted she continuously interrupted asking questions about movies and plans that had nothing to do with work.
