My boyfriend came in and bought headlights paid extra for warranty. come to find out they were the wrong size so he goes back to the store to get a refund or to get a replacement and the manager houman or whatever his name is was extremely rude and wouldn't give him a replacement or a refund. We will never go back and do business again.
Wonderful location. Dora helped me out. she's outstanding! Patient and very knowledgeable. Clean and organized store. I was able to find what l needed in record time.
Just go elsewhere… they are impatient, slow, and not knowledgeable at all. I worked with a guy named Houman. He was rude and very slow. Acted like we were all annoying him by our presence in his store. Trying to get simple brake pads, he was annoyed that I didn’t immediately know “the diameter of my rotors.” Told me, “you should know, it’s your vehicle.” When I asked him if he knows the diameter of the rotors on his personal vehicle, he couldn’t answer and just looked at me.
