I want to start off at the customer experience we received at AA was absolutely outstanding and I’ve never had that in five years of going here. Jim J was amazing. Took care of my problem And had us out the door in 10 minutes, employees like this should be valued by any organization
I went in on 9/13 to the store in Kearney. Nebraska to get a tool to remove some grommets to change the taillights on my Ram pickup. Even though there was a line of people (the Husker game had just gotten over) the man working, Jim J., was very helpful and even after I managed to ruin the old grommets he helped me find new ones that would fit perfectly. They always say open with the sign on . But the doors are always locked .* 6:50 pm
Literally sitting in their parking lot cause I needed something since idk they were supposedly open like the sign says and everything. Door locked im not amused now I have to rearrange time again to do what I need to do to keep my car running without it breaking on me.
