You have lost a few customers. We were helping my niece and her boyfriend tonight who broke down while here from out of town. Me And my fiance were driving through and noticed our tire felt strange so we pulled over on the highway and found that we had some of or lug nuts were loosened ,not a good idea to be driving,then when we looked for lug wrench it was gone. They sure fell flat on their face today. I kept being interrupted when I called and tried to get some information and tried to find out if they had a part in stock. When I went to the store, I was greeted with a sour disposition by a person who had a predetermined attitude. I would leave a ZERO star rating if possible. People need to LISTEN which the lady on the phone was incapable of doing. The man needs to give credence to the customer instead of copping an attitude. I refuse to be disrespected.
