I came in with issues with my car’s key fob. Thought it was the battery. Changed it. Still had problems. The clerk told me that I had to point the fob at the car. I did! He asked what I was trying to do. I told him that I was trying to start the car automatically. He tried to use the remote start. I had to explain how to use it several times. RecommendedDavid Spalding was the most helpful salesman I've ever met. He's extremely knowledgeable about everything to do with vehicles and when I had questions, he always had an answer. He didn't rush me and even came out to my car to help me figure out what parts I needed and why. Thank you for hiring such a caring employee!!!
