Just yesterday visit AAP in Mundelein, IL and Jose the General manager gladly puts the Bosch windshield wiper blades I purchased there (because of a $15 rebate with purchase of 4 spark plugs) on my RX350. The rear window was a pain in the neck but he gladly replaced that one as well. No stress, no hassles, No worries. I realize that this is a free service but it's a big help to get somewhat difficult wiper blades replaced and new ones installed! I wanted to exchange a battery I had purchased from them 6–7 months ago, but they told me the purchase wasn't in their system. I do not recommend buying from them.
This morning I stopped by because my front license plate was about to fall off due to a missing screw. The “bald guy” as he told me to refer to him as was very attentive as soon as I walked in the door. He went out to check what screw I needed and even installed it at no charge. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Awesome service and great people!
