Friday January 30th around 5:15 pm called and was told to hold one moment please and I was on hold for 20 minutes. I called back and they picked it up and hung up. The third time I called back and the guy answered saying, "please hold one moment" And I said I did hold for 20 minutes already and I called back and someone picked it up and hung up and he said because I have a customer in front of me and that if I want to hold or call back later.
