Your employees are the MOST unfriendly employees I have ever encountered. 3 employees at the counter and not one of them acknowledged my husband and I. We came in to have our battery charged. My husband put the battery on the counter and the employee asked my husband to carry it over to the charging station. The charging station was in an area customers don't typically go. I ordered new Monroe shocks on-line from my home in Stillwater, MN. When I got to Grand Forks, I found one of the front shocks did not come with the mounting hardware (washers, bushings, nuts). So I took the shock down to Carquest to see if I could buy a kit from them. The guys there looked up the shock to find they did not have one just like it, but found another shock for the same vehicle and pulled out the mounting hardware and gave it to me free of charge.
