The young gentleman that helped me was awesome! My car had gotten to where it wouldn't start. I went to Advance to have my battery checked. This young man was friendly and very helpful. My battery was was the problem. I bought a new one and he took the old one out and put the new one in. I felt bad because it was 92° outside, but he said he didn't mind. As soon as I find his name I'll edit this post.
I got everything I ordered I did it online pickup and the lady at the front didn't call for help Just for me too pick up my online order so I had to stand there and wait like 10 minutes while she cut up with the people in front of me!
Came in with something going on with my battery. I got it replaced. I needed additional help and received the best customer service from Jamie and Tristan. Renewed my hope in people. Truly thankful and grateful for them!!!
