The lady behind the counter was super helpful . Got the help I needed I couldn’t at the 31st and Garnett location. This will be the one I go to from here on out
Low customer service. I asked if they would scan my vehicle to see why it was misfiring. The attendant stated that they could scan but not be able to pin point the issue. In turn they gave me a business card of a mechanic that would charge me to check my vehicle. Auto Zone provides the scanning and Auto Zone provides the possible failure.. I am not stopping at this place. I learned my lesson. I will keep testing all auto parts stores to compare service and I will write reviews.
Didn't have what I was looking for but very friendly and knew what I was looking for. So that's refreshing.
