Had my part taken by a so called friend and he returned it to this very store on Jan 22nd, 2017. They didn't check for his ID because i had my receipt. They allowed him to give our name and phone number without even bothering to check if he was the SOLE buyer of the the $224.62 piece. I am livid! That's our piece and most importantly my money that he took!! I worked retail and I rarely have ever given people the whole return without a proof of purchase or show of ID.
What a difference a few months makes! In the past, you'd get better help asking high school students for auto help. In recent months, there's been a complete turn around. From what I see now, are new faces which actually have technical minds behind them. Awesome recovery!
